Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared before shipment. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
- Standard items: 2–3 business days
- Made-to-order & laser-engraved items: 5–7 business days
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Multi-Item & Oversized Orders
Some orders containing multiple items or oversized/heavy products may be subject to dimensional weight pricing by the carrier. In rare cases, we may contact you if a shipping adjustment is needed before your order ships. We always aim to find the most cost-effective option for you.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.
