Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared before shipment. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

• Standard items: 2–3 business days
• Made-to-order & laser-engraved items: 5–7 business days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carrier Upgrades: We ship via USPS and UPS. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment to a premium carrier at our discretion — at no extra cost to you. We do this to ensure better tracking, faster delivery, or more secure handling of your order.

No Downgrades: We will never ship your order via a slower or lower-tier service than what you selected at checkout. If we make a change, it's always an improvement.

Carrier Selection: For orders that qualify for free shipping, OGGDesigns reserves the right to select the carrier and service level at our discretion. We will always choose a reliable, tracked method to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Multi-Item & Oversized Orders

Some orders containing multiple items or oversized/heavy products may be subject to dimensional weight pricing by the carrier. In rare cases, we may contact you if a shipping adjustment is needed before your order ships. We always aim to find the most cost-effective option for you.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.
